Delivery and Pickup from our store.

Be sure we have your correct delivery address and a phone number where you can be reached on delivery day.
Advise warehouse of delivery difficulties at the time delivery is set up.
We cannot always accommodate specific time requests. We will attempt to give you a two hour delivery window. Please choose a day that will allow you the most flexibility.
We can call you at work to meet the delivery driver at your home.
Saturday deliveries fill up quickly. It may not be possible to deliver on the first Saturday after a purchase.
Driver can deliver if you are not home with your permission prior to day of delivery.
Our delivery people are not authorized to move or dispose of existing furniture currently at your home.
If you miss your scheduled delivery there will be a second delivery charge.
All balances must be paid prior to or at the time of delivery.
When you are notified that your purchase is ready for pickup we will tell you where to pickup your purchase. Each of our locations has different hours.
Anticipate a 10-20 minute time frame to allow for locating and loading your furniture.
Please bring blankets and/or other materials to protect your furniture. Hauser's does not supply these items.
While we are happy to assist in the loading of your vehicle, it is provided at your risk.
Hauser's cannot be responsible for any damage to your vehicle or items.
Hauser's employees are not permitted to tie materials to vehicles.
Remember to bring your receipt.
